The location is great. The floor in the room was sticky. The toilet seat is very loose. Plus I couldn't open the door to the room without putting my shoulder into it and kicking it closed. So annoying. I'm sure other rooms are fine but I wouldn't stay here again. Staff is very nice

The 2 stars are for great customer service! However, it didn't make up for the outdated unclean rooms. Upon entering my room, I was hit with a strong urine odor. I had to go buy febreze and spray all over the carpet to go to sleep. There is no luggage rack. The sheets were not very clean. The carpet was filthy. I like that the parking is gated and they have a security guard but then I questioned my safety because why is all this needed? I checked out early the next day and chose to stay at a different hotel. As a solo female business traveler, I have to feel comfortable.

This was my second weekend in a row that my husband and I stayed here. Our first experience was ok, the room was clean, but this weekend, the bed sheets were dirty. Unfortunately, I did not notice this problem until I was under the sheets and I felt crumbs and then pull the covers back and realized the sheets were real dirty. Please talk to the staff. I understand there are no workers in almost everywhere, but workers have integrity. We are recently out of pandemic. How would you like it if you had dirty sheets?

This was a great stay for our 8 day motorcycle trip. The rooms were clean but we did have a cooling problem in the room. The front desk clerk Mysia was helpful in getting this fixed. Mysia was also very professional and friendly when we checked in helping us with our reservations. This woman add our stay even better with her bright smile and exceptional attitude.

We stay in Holiday Express all around the U.S. several times a year. Even once in Paris France. We stay at this hotel at least once a year for several years visiting relatives. My wife always tell me how great the staff and hotel is when we we here. Not many if any get the praise from my wife that this hotel gets!
